| ahhhhhhhhhh........i can't freakin beleive myself!I had macdonalds for supper...what the hell, i was doing so great .....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I hate myself sometimes!Well i am gonna try and fast for like three days now...if i can.......parents I am gonna get off the computer and go work out for an hour......and i got my digital scale fixed!yay!Well im gonna go i need to do some situps ~byes~stay strong~don't eat any hambugers!lol |

| Hey girls!..........i have some good news i am down to 125!10 more pounds to go till i get to 115!i will proberly even make it before Christmas!Sorry that i have not been posting and commenting but all i have really wanted to do is lay in bed and cry.... my boyfreind had not been talking to me........we never see each other.........my parents hate him but i love him more than anything in the world.....he's 4 years older than me.......they tried to put him in jail once.....Neways we was talking last night and i told him i felt like he did'nt wanna be with me anymore and that im not gonna waste my time wirh someone who didn't wanna be with me...........and he was like its not that, i never get to see you...and i was like yea wanna stay freinds and he was like yea lets see how that works.........i really hope that when i find a way to start seeing him that we get back together......i love him. I miss him. NEways back to dieting I have been cooking and not eating what i cook..,,,Yesterday i made Hambuger,french fries and oiion rings and when my family ate it i had a bag of Kettle Corn...only a 100cals..thats all i had yesterday Well girlies im gonna go!talk to yall later!im gonna be posting my intake, i have been recording my inake im my notebook......well byes Lyas!
_________________________________________________________________ ~*Some things that i have found that really work/or help*~ *Weighing yourself very often.....i keep a digital scale under my bed (weigh yourself when you wanna eat!) *Drinking lots of water!i have a bottle of water that i fill up in my frig *eating 500 cals or less a day *Thinspo!I have a notebook that i cut out pictures from Victoria Secret catalogs and Magazines.look at it when having cravings.....i also put fat pictures of me in it *Getting lots of sleep....if i cant sleep i take sleeping pills.....but don't go to sleep until 3 hours after eating *telling myself that the reason stuff goes wrong sometimes is becuz im fat....like last night when me and my boyfreind broke up...very sad right now..sigh...neways ....it kinda helps when i wanna eat....it might sound stupid but it helps me *Keep a Notebook Journal of your intake....also put your goals in there *get a pair of pants that you can't fit into or zip up try them on every week when you see that they are starting to fit that will be such a great motivation!just think of when you can go into a store and buy a smaller size....or when you won't be ashamed in a swimsuit! ____________________________________________________________________
